Coach Jerrod Arms ran Track & Field and Cross Country at University of Rio Grande and Morehead State University (MSU). Coach Arms graduated from Morehead State with a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology with minors in Coaching and Health Promotion. He was an Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at MSU for 4 years. Coach Arms was in charge of the sprinters, hurdlers, long/high/triple jumpers and pole vaulters.
Coach Arms left MSU and became an Athlete Performance Specialist at DNA Sports Center: Home of the Parisi Speed School in Cincinnati, Ohio for 5 years.
Coach Arms moved to PCB, Florida June 2014 to start Arms Athlete Performance.
Arms Athlete performance has developed athletes that have won a World Championship, National Championships, NCAA Championship, numerous State Championships, NCAA T&F Regional qualifiers, championships at many other levels.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
One on one or semi private speed & agility, strength, sport specific training.(Track & Field or Cross Country)
Custom speed & agility and strength camps for any sport ages 7 & up. 2+ days a week for 4+ weeks. Pre/post evaluation to track results.
Building confidence and self esteem through proper mechanics for acceleration, top speed and change of direction that produce game speed. Pre- testing evaluation to track progress, set goals and program.
Strength training is crucial for any athlete in any sport. Learn proper technique on all movements (squat, deadlift etc), progressive progressions on all movements, auxiliary lifts, mobility & core.
Brower laser timed 10yd & 20yd sprint (40yd and 60yd available) Vertical Jump, 5- hop broad jump, 5-10-5 Pro agility, 200yd shuttle and running analysis

5:30 - 6:30am
Get faster to improve block starts, increase stride frequency and length and improve endurance for distance and sprinting.
Improve relative body strength for farther throws, longer and higher jumps, reduced risk of injury and greater force production.
